3 Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was
light. 4 And God saw that the light was good.
Then he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.”….
6 Then God said, “Let there be a space between the waters, to
separate the waters of the heavens from the waters of the earth.”
7 And that is what happened. God
made this space to separate the waters of the earth from the waters of the
heavens. 8 God
called the space “sky.”… 9 Then God said, “Let the waters
beneath the sky flow together into one place, so dry ground may appear.” And
that is what happened. 10
God called the dry ground “land” and the waters “seas.”… 11 Then
God said, “Let the land sprout with vegetation—every sort of seed-bearing
plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce
the kinds of plants and trees from which they came.”… 12 The land produced vegetation—all sorts of seed-bearing
plants, and trees with seed-bearing fruit…. 14 Then God said, “Let
lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs
to mark the seasons, days, and years…. 16 God made two great
lights—the larger one to govern the day, and the smaller one to govern the
night. He also made the stars… 20 Then God said, “Let the waters
swarm with fish and other life. Let the skies be filled with birds of every
kind.”… 22 Then
God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply…. 24 Then God
said, “Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of
the same kind… 26 Then God said, “Let us make human beings[b] in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the
birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the
earth,[c] and the small animals that scurry
along the ground.” 27 So God created human beings[d] in
his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
28 Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply.
Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the
sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”
· How did the world/life started?
· Who created it all?
· What was earth? Did it have any form? What was in it? Did it have any light?
· Who was there then?
As of this point, we understand then, that in the beginning until GOD The Father (the 1st person of the Trinity), CREATED the heavens and the earth nothing else had previously existed; also that The Spirit of God (the 2nd person of the Trinity) already WAS hovering around. In the absence of light, GOD decided to bring the light in, so HE spoke it into existence, we had light! Glory to God for the light! The Lord decided (for HE was the CREATOR of All that existed until that point) that we were to have light during the day and that the absence of that light or “darkness” that time would be called night.
HE decided to separate the heavens from the earth, and HE called it sky. What a creative mind!!! But that’s not all, because then HE decided to group the waters into one big sea “SO DRY GROUND may appear[2]”, and on top of that HE NAMED it, land. As a brand new creation it had room for things, so HE DECIDED to fill it with vegetation, seed-bearing fruit trees. Such a thoughtful God, with a purpose, HE spoke into existence the vegetation which had multiple purposes; one of them was to produce thru its seeds more plants and trees, so fruitfully would multiply. This says that HE KNEW what HE‘d created had the purpose of reproducing because HE knew its life was limited to a number of years. It also states that its existence was NOT only to beautify the place HE just created, but to be of use for His glory. The more seeds the more fruits and eventually more trees as well. This creation also tells us that HE already had more plans to go with these plants and trees. Otherwise who would needed the fruits of the created trees? He had plans to create someone or something that would be able to use and consume all of these plants and trees; otherwise, all the fruits would have perished.
Then this ALL KNOWING GOD decides that the day and night were to be a sign to mark the season, days and years… come on!!! Who would think of that??!!! GOD who CREATED it all!!!
And in order to divide with enough light HE DECIDES to create to great lights, the sun for the day and the moon for the night…. My, my…. HE’s thinking of everything!!! But wait, there’s more!
HE KNEW that the sea that He’d just created had no life in it, and HE was able to create some fishes for this big fish tank called sea. So, HE did it, HE spoke under the sea life, and fish appeared. The same happened with the sky, He’d just created, it had no life to enjoy it, so HE spoke the birds into existence, and like with the trees, these brand new animals had been created with a multipurpose for life; they were to produce offspring of ITS SAME KIND, and with a limited life span. Also HE had further plans with the offspring of these animals, not only to grow big, fat and die; but to be a resource for someone else one day.
Then when all the resources for the humanity to exist were in place, God decided to create us!
And we could not be like the animals or the trees and plants already created for we were NOT the same kind, so, “in HIS own image, in the image of GOD HE created them; male and female HE created them.”[3]
And this IS my friends, The History of The Human Creation. GOD CREATED US ALL, HE created us either MALE or FEMALE, nothing in between. And like with EVERYTHING created with a purpose, a multipurpose; to reign over the fish, the birds and all kind of animals, to consume, enjoy, and use the plans and trees created, and to be fruitful and multiply, to fill the earth ALL FOR HIS GLORY, because WITHOUT HIM, nothing would have happened!
So next time you feel challenge by someone out there in the world who hasnt choose to believe, refer them to Genesis 1, and PRAY hard for them, THE LORD will do the rest!
I believe you will, for I'm praying for and with you!!!
Have a GREAT NEW YEAR!!!
God bless you all!
